Co-founder & COO, Ph.D. Industrial EngineeringTuba holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University (2006); M.S. degree in Operations Research (2011 and Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering (2012 from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA. She worked as a research assistant at Bogazici University and Georgia Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2012. She contributed to several projects such as simulation of maritime transit traffic on Bosphorus (Istanbul Strait to reduce congestion; improving utilization in a pediatric intensive care unit using lean methodology; algorithms for dynamic resource allocation problems with substitutable products and order cancellations in make-to-order environments. After her return to Turkey in 2012, she worked as an Operations Research Consultant at Solvoyo, a software company, in supply chain optimization projects for Turkish and Australian companies.

Tuba serves as an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at Özyeğin University Faculty of Business. She teaches Operations Management, Project Management, Revenue Management and Supply Chain Management courses for undergraduate and MBA students. She continues research projects in statistical modeling and optimization applications for different sectors. She delivered successful network design projects for CBH in Australia, Unilever Algida, Yaydat, Anadolu Efes and Horoz Logistics in Turkey.
